I've read a bit about Seth Godin's Web 2.0 site Squidoo before (including recent questions about the site's success), but I've never really used it. Until today.
I signed up and created a lens dedicated to online savings, mostly as a promotion for the OnlineSavingsForum.
As the lens-keeper for Online Savings Accounts, I'm able to post some of the newest information regarding online savings accounts, as well as import the RSS feed from the OnlineSavingsForum, generating new content even when I'm not updating the lens.
I have to wonder how much the Squidoo lens will do to promote information about online savings accounts. I'm not expecting to get much traffic from it, but you never know.
Has anyone had any success using a Squidoo lens to promote an online product?
