I've already talked about getting free magazine subscriptions online, so if you haven't started getting freebies, what are you waiting for?
In addition to the freebies available from Mercury Magazines, Jonathan at MyMoneyBlog points out a bunch of magazines currently available from MagsForLe$$.
The wife just got a free subscription to Shape, and I just got one for Computer Shopper.
It's worth checking around to see what other magazines they offer — Computer Shopper is not on the freebie page, but I was able to get it by using the coupon code 1free after adding the magazine to my shopping cart.
And don't worry — there is no credit card required.
