For the first time, I've expanded my carnival contributions beyond the Carnival of Personal Finance.

The newest carnival for me is actually a festival — the Festival of Frugality.

For the 78th Festival of Frugality, hosted at Frugal Upstate, I submitted the 10 Ways To Find Hidden Cash In Your Budget.

And, believe it or not, that story also went to the Carnival of Personal Finance #104 at Getting Green.
