Two of my co-workers said "no" right away. They're Web designers, for what it is worth.
I'm about to, but mainly because they also happen to be local to me. They've been around longer than most online banks, but unfortunately, the web site hasn't been updated pretty much since they opened (they've been using that design since 1999: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.presidential.com)
Maybe now that you wrote this they will update their website. I would not sign up with this online bank. ING Direct all the way…

You'd be missing out then, what the website lacks, they more than make up for in rates. My moneys been safely sitting here for 3+ years and their rates have remain consistently high.
I'd rather get the interest than have a flashy but sucky interest account.
