		<description>I obsess over my online banking, and part of our financial discipline is immediately paying off credit card purchases as soon as we get home.  I've had my paper statements turned off, since I know exactly where we're at every day.</description>

		<description>Wil - you're right. I don't have the relationship with Visa at all. My point was more that even though the credit union had my new address in their system, Visa didn't. 

There's nothing I could do about it, so it was either the credit union or Visa's fault. The credit union says they sent the request, and I believe them.</description>
