I don't have the relationship with Visa at all. My point was more that even though the credit union had my new address in their system, Visa didn't. There's nothing I could do about it, so it was either the credit union or Visa's fault. The credit union says they sent the request, and I believe them. Wil - you're right. You don't really have a relationship with Visa, they do. You have a relationship with your credit union and they manage all your billing.
