  You've probably noticed a couple of things different around here: a brand new design!

  (RSS readers, you'll have to click through to see what the site looks like now.)

  The old design had been with the site pretty much since Day 1 and I figured it was time for a change.

  So, what do you think of the new design?

  We've been hard at work coming up with a new look and feel for the blog, which will hopefully launch Wednesday or Thursday.

  There's still a few things left to be done, but stick around — there're some changes coming!

• New Web Host for the Online Savings Blog

  Just a quick update before the weekend: I've moved hosts!

  The Online Savings Blog is now being hosted by Media Temple, which should improve performance and eliminate a bunch of heavy traffic issues.

  If you see anything funky with the site, please let me know! Moving Wordpress is easy, but I can't guarantee I didn't miss anything. (Wow, nice double negative.)

• What's Going On With the Site?

  Sorry for the problems with the site, recently. Wordpress was having some database problems — some plugins were overloading and not everything was up to date.

  Apparently, some worm was being propagated on my host's server because of some out-of-date software, causing the site to go down for a day or so.

  Everything has been updated, though, and I've actually re-installed Wordpress to make a cleaner database.

  Hopefully the site should be working fine for you. If you notice any problems, please let me know.

  On a side note, I'm considering a new Wordpress theme — have any suggestions?
